- RJR D W JrOct 28, 20255.0Stopped in to see if they would have parts for my faucet , the woman that helped me was very friendly , suggested parts for replacement , she even told me to keep my receipt because I could bring the parts back if needed ! When do you get to return merchandise after trying it out for fit . I usually go to Walters when I need plumbing parts . +10

The problem is 1) getting them to actually show up, and 2) there is a 100% chance that they will be late if they bother to come at all. It’s beyond frustrating when my family’s time is totally disregarded, and they can’t even be bothered to call. VERY unprofessional.

When you call to hire them, you will be instructed to send photos of your problem to a cell phone, and that someone will reach back out to you afterwards. On 2 separate occasions for 2 different homes we have sent photos to this cell phone and never heard anything again. We won't be wasting time to see if the 3rd time is a charm with this company.
