When do you get to return merchandise after trying it out for fit . I usually go to Walters when I need plumbing parts . +10

The problem is 1) getting them to actually show up, and 2) there is a 100% chance that they will be late if they bother to come at all. It’s beyond frustrating when my family’s time is totally disregarded, and they can’t even be bothered to call. VERY unprofessional.

When you call to hire them, you will be instructed to send photos of your problem to a cell phone, and that someone will reach back out to you afterwards. On 2 separate occasions for 2 different homes we have sent photos to this cell phone and never heard anything again. We won't be wasting time to see if the 3rd time is a charm with this company.

- GUGino U.Oct 18, 20195.0I have a couple of experiences to share ... Last winter, I woke up to water all over the kitchen floor. It turned out that a part (I believe it was called a "valve" but I don't know the lingo) had failed on the kitchen sink. In a total blizzard, Walters came down within 10 minutes of calling and told me what the problem was. The bad news was that they had other calls and I was told it would probably be "late afternoon" before they could get back to me, so I would be without water all day. Not great news, but I understood. Within an hour, a repairman showed up and fixed the problem. This was amazing to me because I thought I would be without water all day but, in reality, they were done with the repair and gone by 10 a.m. AND at a reasonable price. More recently, I had a shower faucet that has been leaking for many years and it was time to get that fixed. I had many different people look at it and got estimates that were WAY over my budget and work that seemed WAY excessive (and one place who didn't even call me back). Once I was able to get in touch with Walters, they came out, gave me some options, and were able to repair the faucet for so much under my budget that I'll be able to afford other home repairs. Also of note is that the faucet that was fixed is the original faucet in this home, so it's circa 1960 but the leak is now GONE and at a very fair price. Walters has been serving my family for many years and will continue to do so anytime I have a plumbing need. Thanks to all of you for your help with our issues. I hope we don't have anything for you soon, but we know who to call if the need arises.
