  We highly recommend this Place. You won't get better service then here. With the extreme weather we had in January 2026 ,we had a problem with furnace shutting down. They came out the same day and found out the problem. They educated us on other things to do with our air conditioning also. The other heating places in battle creek , never treated us with so much care. We thank you so much. Give them a try.You won't be disappointed.

  I had an isolated flood in my basement and was unsure if the water damaged the furnace. Agustin was quick to respond and was able to determine the water had come down the duct work and damaged the main circuit board. He showed me the damage and explained what had happened. He was quick to get me a quote for repair and quick to make the repair. Communication was great and we were able to easily work out access to the home while I was away. Despite my call originating from a flooded house...the experience was A+.

  I highly recommend Tummons! Excellent service - from the initial helpful contact by telephone to set-up the appointment, the actual heating and air conditioning visit to the call-back about processing the rebate. Dan’s knowledge of HVAC and his thoroughness and patience in answering my questions was impressive and much appreciated. I selected Tummons because of their positive reviews online and their listing as a Consumers Energy approved contractor. Consumers’ customers are also eligible for heating or air conditioning rebates of $65 at this time (2023). This covers part of the cost for preventive maintenance on a furnace or air conditioner. The Tummons preventative visit included a comprehensive furnace check-up and air conditioner cleaning. The $150 charge (before the rebate) was a fair price for the level of service.
