    i would have gave it less because nobody had shown and it was really a late night but i will say after i had talk to them on the phone about couple mins after 10pm last night to let them know that no one showed up altho they could have just called me to let me know if the tech did arrive. They got ahold of the tech and the tech said he would come back out to see about the clogged that i had in my kitchen drain which he did a great job fixing the problem and i highly recommend Roto Rooter plus if i have another problem like that in the future i will be calling Roto Rooter again and the price was not bad at $ 229 with the discount also. Thats why i gave them a 5 star rating. I am very very happy for them coming out as late as they did also i would like to thank Jacob Tyler the tech really a nice person to talk to about the problem that i had and did an amazing job. Keep up the great service.

    These guys do such good work!!I want to shout out to Dejon Ray such a good guy explains everything does what he can to save you money he just cares!!I will always call these guys they do great work very smart also!!

    Dejon Ray and Tim Fields came to my house and did an amazing job educating and explaining the process they were doing and answered any questions I had. They was very professional and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend and any future services I will call them again.

    Dejon Ray was a fantastic person. He made the entire thing feel very natural. He was straight forward and got it done quickly. Also field supervisor Tim Chairs was phenomenal. He was very informative, very calming and articulate. He also had a very positive attitude when he was talking to us. Overall would call again 10x over just to make small talk.

    Extremely satisfied with Roto-Rooter. Had an emergency and they got a crew here the same day. Nic and Jaylon were great. Had some trouble fixing the problem but they stayed with it until it was working. Couldn't recommend them, and Roto-Rooter enough.
