- EMEbinger Manufacturing4 days ago1.0It took several calls for someone to come out and replace the spring on a small 12' commercial door. The first set of guys came out and measured and said they had to order a new spring. When the new spring arrived a second set of guys came out and said the previous guys ordered the wrong size and they would have to reorder a new one. When that spring arrived a third set of guys came out and fixed the spring (it took them 1 hour and 20 minutes per invoice). However, they charged us $835.00 for trip and labor charges and another $527.00 for an overpriced spring. You do not need 6 guys to replace a spring. DO NOT USE THEM.
