  I took time off of work for this service. Two weeks ago I was told I would receive a phone call to let me know what time of day my service person would come out. I missed that call and returned it 20 minutes later. I was told I was taken off the list and maybe if they had time at the end of the day they would do it. So basically my precious vacation day was stolen by these people because 20 minutes later was too late to return their call. My third experience with Katz well drilling is my last.

  Called on a Friday well pressure was not consistent. Needed water as it was for rentals. Replaced well pump, had everything on the to do the job and was done. Teck was very knowledgeable.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND! Showed up and first thing told us it's a $125 service call... looked our well and told us it was a plumbing problem. Didn't fix anything. Another company came later and replaced a simple pressure switch, a $40 part and now we have water.

  Katz broke my well trying to pull the pump. The problem is they never give me any alternatives. they only give me an estimate for a new well. Another well company was able to repair my current well. would not recommend Katz to anyone. On top of that they build me for 3 hours and they were there an hour.

  Super rude on the phone and refusing to even have someone come out to look at it but wants to insist I do not know what my own well looks like really rude would not recommend to anyone
