- 515OLD 1TFeb 19, 20265.0One of the worst things that can happen as a Michigan resident is have your furnace go out during the winter months. I called A Team Mechanical Sunday at 8:00 am and they were at my home by 9:30 am to assess the situation. Unfortunately due to the age of our furnace we needed a replacement. They were right on top of it at a great price and had us back up and running immediately! You 100% owe it to yourself to have them come out!

As well as a voicemail message left yesterday morning with still no response. This is horrbile customer service and why would anyone go with a company who is NOT customer service focused.
