- KHKrystina HarmsFeb 13, 20262.0I was charged for a “diagnostic” appointment when they first came out and provided no service, just a quote and a strong attempt to upsell. After signing the quoted they ordered parts and then came out for the actual appointment. The plumber was quickly frustrated with the job that didn’t respond to his diagnosed fix and said they were “done with it”, ultimately leaving me with an non working drinking fountain, again trying to sell me a replacement. The diagnosis was a bad solenoid and a leak in the copper piping the feeds the solenoid. The next plumber I had out found that the drain pipe on the drinking fountain pain was loose. He tightened it, no more leak. Over $600 for someone to come in, misdiagnose the problem, try to overcharge me more than 4x what a replacement would cost, and leave me without a fix. Thanks.

Then a year and a half later, they are trying to bill me for parts they left behind that were completely unnecessary if they had made a correct diagnosis. Avoid using them.
