  -I moved in May 1st 2017. I live on the main floor in 2 bedroom ranch. So disappointed that the company did not construct the units with any concerns for sound barriers. -The sounds from my neighbors above is unbearable and unbelievable for the monthly cost! I can tell if it is a male or female using the bathroom above. -When the doors are opened or closed on either side of me, it causes the inside doors in my apartment to rattle and bang like the sound of a gunshot! The doors are hollow and there’s stairwells surrounding the 2nd bedroom. 2 AC units outside the bedroom window too! Nice! -When dogs and people go up and down the stairs, it sounds like a herd of elephants! I can even hear the dogs tail wagging as it hits the floor. Sweet but not if you were sleeping. -I can hear the man get up in the master bedroom walk to the bathroom down the hallway in the wee hours. These are not heavy people above me. When they flush the toilet, it sounds as if it’s raining into my room. The sound of their showering is another whole nightmare. -Flat paint was used on the walls so you can’t wipe anything without leaving a mark or bare spot! -The pavement outside my garage collects ankle deep water and even worse since the repair. It freezes like a ice rink every morning! They only salt when I call and request it even though they know how bad it is! We have had numerous slips so far! -Front walkway is usually blocked with 3x3 feet of snow when it falls from the rooftop. No one bothers to shovel unless you put in a request! -Construction ongoing out the front door in fair weather. - I was fooled by the nice superficial accents and assumed that the price along with the new construction meant Quality. I wanted to post because I want you to be informed. No one from their Corporate offices has offered any apologies for the mess I deal with everyday outside my garage. I made a phone call and left a message and when my call was returned the response started out with, your message was so long I didn’t listen to it....WOW Hopefully you can read this long review and spare yourselves.

  If you ever talk to Jerry moceri from shelby west trailer park get everything in writting he is a liar! He will say one thing to your face then do something totally different I would not recommend and of their parks to anyone.
