We went with a 1/4 hardwood and LL was extremely helpful in guiding us to purchase a nail gun appropriate for the exotic wood we purchased. Install went well, we were thrilled with the variety of lengths in the boxes we purchased. Our relatives all admired the floor when we were finished. This is our 2nd home and our second time going with LL even though they were a drive from us won't be our last for flooring needs thank you Nick and Ryan for your knowledge and no pressure sale!

Purchased 1000 sq ft of flooring and at least 50% of the product was unusable (broken in the box and unseeable on the outside). Contacted our local store we bought it from within 30 days but was offered no resolve. Took months of contacting customer service with the final rep saying sorry you should have complained within 30 days…..seriously. $3000 of absolute garbage product. *Update* Called the phone number the response listed with their "sincere apology" round and round with the same, nope we won't do anything, nope you are past the timeline. "Customer Service" stated that's just an auto response to low star reviews, there was no intention of resolving our issue.
