- JDJanice DoyleFeb 2, 20245.0The entire crew at Robertson Morrison was terrific! Karen in the office was knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and cared about our needs. The serviceman (Shawn? Greg?) was also skilled and excellent at communicating information about our system, and he discovered a boiler leak that left alone could have been a disaster! The estimator was prompt, and scheduled us quickly for a new boiler.The entire crew who installed the new boiler was timely, polite, and most importantly very talented at their job. The installation is beautifully done, just what our 100 year old home deserves. We are grateful to have found this company and will use them at all our family's homes and businesses.

Robertson and Morrison where the only company to come out and actually give a quote, everyone else ghosted on us. It was actually a blessing because these guys did a fantastic job. Crew came at 8 this morning and finished up around 2. Everyone was great, and the price was reasonable. They're my go-to hvac guys now.

- RSRusty SpringJan 20, 20165.0I found Robertson Morrison Inc via Aprilaire's website and had never heard of them before. After going there for a simple part for my humidifier I was blown away at the customer service. I did not catch the woman's name who help me but everyone in the office seemed to be very cheerful and happy like she was. She showed me that the instructions were on the back of the box for installation even with out me asking. Although I hope I never have any issues in the future with my HVAC system, if I do I will definitely be calling them.
