  The building process for my duplex condo with Pulte was a pleasure from the beginning to the end. All their employees are exceptionally well-trained and professional, not to mention pleasant and helpful. I think the construction was managed well and I feel confident that I will enjoy my new home.

  We are thrilled with our new condo. The construction is excellent and the landscaping is top notch. But the people set this company apart. Everyone has been extremely helpful and responsive. We could not be happier with our choice for our forever home!

  Appreciate the walking path and bridge that was built from Textile to this new neighborhood, it runs adjacent to the Michigan Land Conservancy property. It winds thorough a nice wildflower meadow with asters, joe pyes, goldenrods, blue and white vervain. I hope they don't mow the wildflower area down, it's a nice greenspace that kind of ties into Wooley Park, and wild turkey frequent the area.
