My experience with KSI was amazing from start to finish. I initially thought KSI would be much more expensive than some of the other estimates I received but that was not the case. The estimate was right in line with others AND I was able to work with Jessica, a designer, and get everything I wanted and Jessica was able to share ways I could save a little money. I also struggled to find examples of bathrooms that looked like mine, not a huge ensuite but a regular bathroom so I wasn’t sure what KSI would be able to do but they did not disappoint. I would highly recommend!

I shared my concerns as my cabinets were being installed with my contractor. Never once did I hear back from my designer from KSI regarding any to those concerns. Now, almost a year later, I dislike these cabinets, even less. I would not recommend this company or their product to anyone. The cabinets are cheap, and I'm tired of hearing "that's just how things are now." It has cost me extra money to put inserts in, bumper guards on and plastic shields to protect the paint on these useless cabinets. I increased the number and the height of my cabinets. Now, I have less space, then I did in my old ones. What I wouldn't give to have those back! They were better built and well designed. And now are currently residing in my contractor's basement. When the designer came out and looked at my cabinets, he should have known that I had frameless and full pull outs. This is something that is his job, not mine. To bring to my attention. I wasn't aware that's what I had or that there was anything different. After all, I've had them for 27 years. I would have thought that cabinets would have gotten better, not worse in design. So I lost space in every cabinet. Because now the pullouts have to extend past a frame. So I have dead space on both sides in every cabinet. For at least 2 to 3 inches. I wanted pull outs, which is what I got. I didn't know there were different kinds. Mine pulled all the way out. The ones that I got did not so in order for me to get to anything in the back, I had to empty the cabinet out. That has been rectified by my contractor. At who's cost, at this point, I'm not sure. I understand there's a learning curve for everything new. Which is another thing I'm being told. But a year later, I would if I could, rip these out to start over. Between the cabinets and the countertops, it was roughly $50,000. I've never received a survey, a phone call or anything regarding how I feel and if I'm satisfied. So I'm going to tell you right now. I am very dissatisfied. I dislike these cabinets and wish I could go back in time. I'm just sick over the whole thing. I can't tell you how many times I have opened a cabinet or tried to put something away and just cried or screamed at how much I dislike these these cabinets.

KSI has been a great addition to the work that we do here at Cabrio. Jill Johnson is a super professional and I really enjoy working with her. She always goes above and beyond to help me out on any project that I have. She is always giving me design tips that will help the outcome of the job and I find that to be very helpful.

Had a really nice experience with KSI doing a major kitchen renovation. We worked with BJ at KSI and Mark Mulder as our contractor (through KSI). Both were easy to work with and the process was straight forward. The kitchen turned out great. We appreciated their follow up when we noticed one cabinet hinge needed replacing even after the project was complete. Honestly, highly recommend for their straight forward approach, fair prices, and predictable timeline.
