  Communication very good. Showed up before 9AM, installed new geothermal & water heater before end of the day & left the place clean enough. Very happy.

  Customer service could use some training on how to professionally handle phone conversations. I've talked with the same person twice and she's been repeatedly rude. Might be a great service for HVAC needs or easier to schedule online appointments, but don't bother calling unless you'd like to be talked down to or talked over entirely.

  Called and got a tech out in 2ish hours. Keith was here for only 10 minutes and fixed the problem with my furnace! Update 1/27/26 These people are amazing! I called them because my furnace wasn't heating, they showed up and figured out the problem but were not able to do the job! No charge for it. I will continue to use these people for all my heating and cooling needs! Seriously, call these people!!
