When they installed our water softener in 2024, the team was professional, thorough, and incredibly helpful. Our water had a very strong rust issue, and the improvement was immediate—the water tasted amazing and made such a difference throughout our home. When we later had a small technical issue, Mr. Sieler personally came out to help—even around the 4th of July—to make sure everything was fixed. That level of care meant so much to us. After moving to a new home in November 2025, we were again dealing with very hard water and high levels of iron and calcium. Cameron came out, tested our water, and got us set up with another excellent system. We absolutely love working with Cam—he is knowledgeable, prompt, patient with our many questions, and provides outstanding customer care. Most recently, he installed a reverse osmosis system under our sink, and once again the experience was smooth, quick, and stress-free. Honestly, don’t shop around. Just call Sieler’s and let them take care of all your water needs. You will not be disappointed!

Helped us get a great osmosis system, which greatly helped with the iron and Sulphur issues. They keep track of when filters and solutions need to be done. Office will give us a call to remind us or make the appointments Tap water tastes great. Cameron is kind and helpful, always willing to help. Carries our salt downstairs. If you are looking for help or solutions for well water, I would definitely recommend Sielers. We trust Sieler's.
