- JRJanet Rymers5 days ago5.0My water softener had seen better days and was not functioning properly. James came to my house within days and fixed it in order to get a few more months with it. It finally died completely and I knew I needed to replace it. My water is quite hard and I really missed my soft water. There was soap scum and water spots on everything and soap didn’t want to lather either. So I called Sielers again and Mr Sieler himself came to talk about a new one. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of water conditioning and knew exactly what I needed to get the results I wanted. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive unit either. Within days, James was back with a new unit and had it installed in under 1 hour. My soft water was back! I highly recommend Sielers for your water conditioning needs. The staff I spoke to on the phone(multiple times) were kind and professional. I also feel good about supporting local businesses. Thank you!
