After hearing nothing for a week I drove out to their office and spoke with a rep in the office who apologized and said they would contact me right away. Now, yet another full week later: nothing. My advice: unless you have a really big job (i.e, a whole new house under construction) don't bother wasting your time with "Quality" insulation.
