  Nothing but good things to say about Mid-Maine Generator. The initial installation was done expertly, and she’s been running like a champ ever since. The follow up yearly maintenance appointments are always short and sweet, and everyone I’ve worked with has been friendly and knowledgeable.

  The technician was on time and professional. My concern is with your policy and pricing: Service for $400? For a Generac that has had no work this season other than the weekly exercise? Not even enough usage to replace the spark plug? A battery replacement at over $120??. And no notice of the battery replacement until we received your invoice? You do know there are quality providers that offer $275 service and batteries at far less cost. I believe we have been taken advantage of. Bill Camden

  Just signed up for a new service contract with MMG. Colby was very professional personable and informative performing the service. His attention to detail was impressive. I learned a number of new and important details about my 6 year old Kohler generator that was appreciated.

  Sadly I was not able to be home at the time of our annual service. Although the original service was scheduled between 8-9:00 am, I had not seen or heard from MMG by 9:00 am, so I called for an update. Sadly I was not previously advised that my appointment was postponed because of "a more emergent call". I was very kindly advised that my service would be done between 11:00 am and 1:00pm. I had previous plans at this hour, so was not present to speak with the technician who did the service. I'm certain it was done well, but it was disappointing that I couldn't be present to ask several questions that I had. This was our first experience with MMG, and it didn't't leave a good impression. Hopefully things will go better in the future. Thank you for listening! Roger Wickenden

  Mid Maine Generator: Initial contact via tgelephone with Ben, who was informative, personable and courteous. Second contact was a site visit by Ian, which was superlative! Ian was well informed about the entire process of selecting the right generato for our needs, site preparation, installation process and cost. Ian prepared the contract agreement and the detailed cost for the generator we selected. What a delightlful young man! I have received additional information since the site visit explaining eac step od the installion process moving forward. The entire process was informative, efficient and genial. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing a generator!!! Thank you all.
