  A family member used and recommended them. We had two companies provide quotes and decided on them because they offered a diy end result (filter replacements) and were more reasonably priced. We had them finish our air radon system, install a whole house sediment filter, and a reverse osmosis water filtration system due to uranium. Free estimate sales guy we had was a bit rough around the edges, but overall okay. Office staff seemed pleasant. Two guys did the installs in about 6hrs total. They were courteous and went around the house to the basement (as much as possible) to minimize dirt coming into the house. Austin was very professional, personable, and customer satisfaction oriented. There were some wiring issues (modular build didn't install what they said they did - apparently common) and Austin installed what was needed then double checked before leaving, found it had stopped working and made sure it got resolved. Our radon level dropped quickly. Our water test was delayed a couple days, but we can now finally drink our water and have the freezer make ice.

  Andrew at Maine Radon & Water Treatment did an amazing job installing our radon mitigation system! From start to finish, he was professional and on-time too. He set clear expectations for the project, and the final installation was done to perfection. What really stood out was how spotless his work was—he left the area cleaner than he found it! Highly recommend Andrew if you want the job done right. He exceeded all our expectations!

  This team goes above and beyond. We had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy, Austin and most recently, the owner Brandon. They all were incredibly professional and thorough through the process of educating us on water treatment and installing our system. We met Brandon today when we called in a panic when something totally unrelated to their system happened in our home yet he walked us through potential issues and even came out to check on the system. I highly recommend Maine Radon & Water Treatment. Don’t hesitate to work with them!

  Katie was very knowledgable and answered all my questions about our home in Saco, ME. We set up the communications test and she gave me a variety of options for mitigation. I would highly recommend this company.

  I paid this company to do two things. Refill a substance that adjusts my PH level and to do water quality testing that included Radon and bacterial testing. They came and refilled the PH adjuster then lied and said they had conducted the testing. A week later I called to request those test results and was told by their office staff that I would be contacted shortly with the results. Two more weeks go by and no return call. I call back again and ask for the results for the tests I paid for only to be told they would call me back...again. Finally they return my call and tell me no water testing was ever done. I then asked to speak to the owner of the company and have yet to be contacted. Both their field workers and office staff were both disrespectful and dishonest and no one in this ordeal did the right or honest thing at any stage. This company should not be trusted. There is no accountability and you are likely to pay for services you as the customer must either vigilantly demand or not recieve. My entire experience with this company is completely unacceptable. Even at the initial request for a quote, the only time the office staff called me was to demand I sign their contract. When it benefits them and their bottom line, they will be proactive. After many unnecessary attempts they have finally (a month after taking my money) showed up to do the tests I paid for and which I was told would be conducted and was done (a lie) at the time of the initial scheduled apt.
