The day of the appointment received a call in morning to confrim a late afternoon appointment. Window world sales person was a no show at time of appointment. Called ww to see if sales person was still coming after not showing up on time of the appointment. I let ww know he was an hour late. WW said yes, they are coming they are running late and will check to see where he was and get back to us. Recieved follow up call was told sales person did not anwser their phone . Was asked to call back in an hour if he did not show up. After 2 hrs I called WW told them sales person t did not show up. Ww said we should reschedule our appointment that i need to call the Portland store. Following day called Portland WW they apologized for the no show and no follow up. Was told they are booked out and did not even offer to make an appointment in a timely manner. No follow calls from Management or apologies from Ww. Will not be using Window world for window or doors.

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed helps determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30-60 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
