  Fantastic company! Professional, courteous, responsive, and reliable. I worked with Keith and Nick to resolve an issue with silt in my water and they were fabulous. Don't bother to look anywhere else for well services.

  Me and my wife had bought our first home and moved in end of July. About a week after moving in we found out our dug well was not going to cut it. It went dry and we had no water for over a month. After researching drill wells and requesting quotes, Goodwin Well & Water stood out for their level of detail and explanation of the quote. Sheri was our project manager and was extremely helpful and communicative during the whole process. They made an effort to get us our well as soon as they could despite high demand with the drought. The drilling went well and by the end of the process the only issue was that we had too much water, which was a welcome problem to have. At 200 feet we hit 20+/gpm. And the overall cost was very close to the estimate from the beginning and invoice was detailed. Overall, we highly recommend Goodwin Well & Water. They were great to work with and we are very happy to have water and to have found them.

  I've been relying on Goodwin Well & Water since 2007. They had added to the undersized pressure tank that came with the house and in the intervening years have installed a water softener system, sediment filter, new well pump (that was an emergency) and most recently a preventative maintenence replacement of a new, larger pressure tank and associated plumbing manifold. I'm not the type to wait for mechanical things to age out and break down in the dead of night or on a holiday weekend, and then have to settle for whatever happens to be in stock. Rather, I like to research my choices along with Goodwin's input and then schedule them to my house when they've received the parts, and in a more organized manner. Keith was quite tolerant and always responded to my 20 questions during research and I am very happy with the tank and installation results. There is some redundancy in many systems in your home and some things that you can temporarily live without. For me, clean, running well water is not one of them. Goodwin has good knowlegeable people and has been a solid choice at my home for the past 18 years. There is no reason for me to look elsewhere.

  We struggled with running out of water all the time. We dug a new well which still did not have a great recovery rate. Goodwins tied my old well and new well together. I have a switch in my pantry and I flip back and forth when I need too. I have not out of water since August and I can now do laundry instead of going to the laundromat. Thank you very much for the Goodwin staff for helping us out with a good solution!
