  AF&F treated me professionally with respect from the very beginning. The estimates/ contracts were very professionally written and clearly outlined what cost was associated with particular part of the repairs being done. The building code regulations being met were stated at the beginning of the contract, which gave me a sense of security that these things really mattered and were being addressed properly.An easy electronic signature allowed me to accept these. If I had any questions about them before signing, Anders was very responsive. The one thing I would’ve liked is a little bit more consultation early on in the process, right after I had signed the contracts, was to discuss the whole job and some of my concerns and vision for it. Doing so would have helped me plan and make purchases for the color of tiles and other supplies a little more seamlessly along the way, and I probably would have received some very good much-needed advice from him. The fact that he is busy speaks volumes as to the quality and integrity of the workmanship, which definitely shown through. Anders and his team went out of their way to help me and to do a fine quality job. I am really happy with how the jobs turned out, From first floor, bathroom, renovation, to custom vessel vanity in the second floor, remediation of water damage damaged area areas, and sheet rocking partial ceilings two rooms. I have already asked for it estimates for a couple more things that need to be done and look forward to completing the process with AF&F. Highly recommend!!! **Great** value for price!!!

  Workers were always on time and each person I dealt with was pleasant and professional. High quality work and they cleaned up the entire space after. I would highly recommend this company.
