  Sean was very thorough in his diagnosis of our boiler system. We had techs from several different companies take a look when it went down. And he took more time and dove deeper to give us options and a better understanding of the problems with our unit.

  Gelinas HVAC recently installed a new Viessmann boiler at my residence. I am highly satisfied with the level of service provided by Gelinas. The installation team, including Connor, Jake, and other members, demonstrated punctuality, professionalism, and expertise throughout the process. The installation proceeded as scheduled, and the workspace was consistently maintained in an orderly and clean manner. Upon completion, Connor provided a clear explanation of the system's operation. The new boiler gives me a peace of mind, replacing the previous unit was reaching the end of its life cycle. I confidently recommend Gelinas HVAC for professional installation services.

  The Gelinas serviceman (Riley) did an excellent job today with the annual cleaning for my heat pump and corresponding furnace to get ready for AC time. The furnace is awkward to access and service since it is in the small attic of my condo. Riley didn't complain and got right to work. He also did a good job with switching out the filter (also in a awkward place). I appreciated Riley's attention to details, like taking pictures of the HP, and making a special effort to keep things clean. It makes a difference to have a conscientious serviceperson!

  I can’t say enough positive things about Gelinas. We needed to quickly install an entire house ultra filtration system on our water pipe due to a recent medical diagnosis in the family. Gelinas immediately responded and installed the filter right away, as well as adding an expansion tank to get our home up to code. Their plumber was exceptional! He also did an outstanding job explaining how to operate and backflush the filter. What a great experience. Thanks!

  I had Jim out today for the annual maintenance on my heating system, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Jim was incredibly professional and patient. Beyond just doing the standard tune-up, he took the time to answer every single one of my questions. He actually walked me through the entire unit and showed me exactly how the system operates, which gave me a lot of peace of mind heading into the colder months. It’s rare to find a technician who is willing to educate the homeowner rather than just rushing to the next job. Jim is top-tier. Highly recommended!
