- SCSteve Collins6 days ago2.0Something has changed Fredrick brothers has stopped doing automatic fills you now have to call and request to get your tank refilled. Twice now we are so low the tank is almost empty. We will have to look at another supplier UPDATE: the owner called today to discuss my delivery concerns. First the gauge is a guide and lacks any specific accuracy so when it is between 1/4 and empty there is plenty of oil remaining in the tank. Second actions were taken to ensure that future automatic delivery will be timely and likely above the gauge limit of 1/4 full. The explanation and adjusted delivery actions meet our satisfaction and we will continue to do business with Fredrick Brothers. Because the original review was posted already for three days this explanation will be posted for the same. Then I will seek efforts to delete the review if possible. This issue is resolved!

- MMMichelle MelanconJan 16, 20261.0I called for a gas delivery on December 6. I’ve called repeatedly and sent a dispatch. Nobody answers a dispatch left voicemails left a phone number for a callback and never received a call back. Still don’t have gas. It’s pretty clear between having to leave a voicemail. Never getting a call back and having to beg for a delivery that customer satisfaction is not a priority.
