Nobody answers a dispatch left voicemails left a phone number for a callback and never received a call back. Still don’t have gas. It’s pretty clear between having to leave a voicemail. Never getting a call back and having to beg for a delivery that customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Our 60-unit complex had been struggling for years with a large, national provider that was nearly impossible to reach and frustrating to negotiate with. The breaking point came in December 2025 when our old supplier allowed tanks to run empty and failed to respond to our emergency calls. In contrast, when we called Fredricks Bros for help, they picked up the phone immediately. The owners were even willing to personally get in a truck to ensure our residents weren't left in the cold. Since then, we have fully transitioned to Fredricks. The switch was seamless—they handled every detail of the transition professionally. We now have fair pricing, reliable deliveries, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing the owner will actually answer the phone. If you are looking for a propane supplier that values service and community, look no further than Fredricks.
