On January 17, 2025, Seacoast Flooring was given a 50 percent deposit in the amount of $6,994.00 to install porcelain tile flooring in my home. The installation resulted in gaps under the tiles, misaligned tiles, grout lines that are a different width than the adjacent porcelain tiles, tiles that are chipped from leveling clips, and a transition that is a trip hazard. Seacoast Flooring has not been responding to any communications. Complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office.

Went to Seacoast Flooring to look into options for a custom large area rug. They have many options at varying price points, and there was always someone there to answer questions I had. They let me take home many samples, and there was never any pressure to buy. The rug I ordered ended up having some minor defects, but they contacted the company and got another rug shipped at no additional cost and I got to keep both rugs. They had options for custom binding. I've had the rug about 6 months now and it's held up great. Would highly recommend - customer service is top notch!

Nice selection! I was searching for a large format, stone look tile that wasn’t artificial in appearance and found a couple good options. I didn’t find any better deals, so they go lowest MSRP :)

[update] Downgrading because they stuck me with $240 bill after I was told to order more flooring to fix their bad install After posting this original review I contacted Seacoast to express unhappiness with the many installation defects, and the owner agreed to come look at the floor. After rescheduling twice, they eventually did come out some weeks later. It was learned at this time that some of the flooring had been simply glued on the edges instead of the subfloor or being nailed, which was why some boards were loose. The owner instructed me to a) order more flooring to cover the repairs, b) that I would be reimbursed, and c) that to schedule a new appointment for fixes after the additional flooring arrived. I called Seacoast repeatedly over the subsequent weeks and the customer service was basically non-existent. Either nobody would answer the phone, they wouldn't return my calls, or they'd say they would call right back, but never do so. I remained polite and kindly expressed that I understood if they may be busy, but I'd just like to get something on the books and be kept apprised of what was going on (which they never did). After once again calling and being told to expect a return call shortly (which again never came), I left a voicemail reiterating how ridiculous it was that I had to endure all this nonsense. I then got a call back the next day from a different employee, who initially surprised me by stating they were planning on sending the crew out for fixes the coming Thursday (which was not in any way previously discussed or planned), but then settled on the following Friday, 20 April 2018. The crew chief did arrive that Friday and fixed the worst parts of the Flooring going into the bathroom & bedroom, but not two other spots where the flooring still sags under pressure. If you ignore the myriad gaps from where they didn't tap the floor together before nailing the floor looks decent, but it was not worth the hassle. My guess is that Seacoast simply doesn't have expertise in Bamboo Flooring. Primary job was to have pre-finished Bamboo hardwood flooring installed, and it was scheduled to be done over two days. When arriving home the first evening I noticed about a dozen boards that were top-nailed (against provided manufacturer specifications, which I had provided and made known at onset). These were tongue and groove planks. A bunch of the boards were top-nailed so close to their edges that they split badly, others had a bunch of nails either protruding from surface or dimpled from too much air pressure, again, nails only belonged on the tongue. I expressed my concerns with the crew right then and had about a 20m talk about issues and expectations, and they agreed to fix the items as they shouldn't have happened. Coming home the second evening the flooring was completely installed and they were wrapping up baseboard trim. After cleaning up and inspecting that evening it became clear that to fix a bunch of the boards, instead of a complete correction, they ripped the bad planks with a saw and glued in new ones - which now are not secured properly. Some planks have gaps where ends meet, albiet not large ones, but there shouldn't be gaps at all. Because they installed the hallway before doing the entry to bathroom, they installed all the planks going into the bathroom groove side first (i.e. made it impossible to nail down boards) by using only glue. These boards now all depress when walked on. One of them is quite loose and had even been chipped during installation, others were not secured until glue was dry, resulting in them expanding as glue dried. The plank adjacent to kitchen didn't get fixed and has ugly nails raised up against the broken wood they made on entry. In so much as punctuality, friendliness, price, scheduling, etc. They were great. Keith, the guy whom gave our quote, seemed very knowledgeable, honest and forthcoming. $1,600 for about 390sq/ft though, I expected quality 100% flawless workmanship and not DIY level mistakes that I now have paid for and have to live with.
