- FPFred PhillipsNov 6, 20252.0My Generator was installed about a year ago and the wifi to be able to see on my phone has worked 3 days. 1 day on their first try and 2 days on try#2. I didn't keep calling them so that's on me, even though their system flags my unit when it is not working. Installation in two to three weeks was what I was told. The real install turned into two to three months and they were doing me a big favor.The sub contractor electrician was very good and did a great job. I'm still unable to see it on my phone. So after all this time I would really appreciate it being fixed.
