  Edit: Wasn't aware this company was a rebranding of a company I had redo my bathroom in 2021 under a different name. Wanted a bathtub replacement, only to discover that the previous owner had never sealed the tub, and there was no sub-floor. A $1,200 job quickly became a $10,000 job. This was not this companies fault at all, and in fact were very communicative during the process. Still do not like getting calls at work for water testing, would prefer an email/flyer. Review amended to correctly reflect my experience.

  We had our water tested today by their company representative Elias Najim and my wife and I could not be more impressed. He was prepared, professional, and most definitely a wonderful asset to Midcoast Aerus. Knowledgeable about his product, and very engaging. We eagerly look forward to doing business with him.   Extremely pushy. Would not leave until he could make a sale and then if this wasn't bad enough they opened a credit card in our name!!!! Very scary as we were not told that an account would be opened. Looked on eBay and we could purchase the same machine at 100.00 versus their 1800.00!!!! We will NEVER open our door to a sales person again
