When in store we were rushed out with samples and left a list of questions with contact info. Over a month later and no response from the store. Since then we found other alternatives online who send samples and ship tile for free. Still holding Old Ports samples hostage until they do their job and call me back. I love in person shopping for this kind of stuff but service like this makes me go more online. The store did have lots of different samples a bunch of very unique tile but have no idea on prices because they never answered me back and prices are not advertised without talking to overworked employees.
