  Great experience with Midcoast Aerus. I am a new home owner with a newly built home. We have well water and I started noticing the yellow rings in the toilet and sink and my clothes began staining in the wash. When I got the notice for the free water test I was very curious what the results were going to be and also nervous. Elias came out and performed the water test. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. He inspected some parts in my house as well. The results came back with high manganese and my water was very hard. I was dreading this part because here comes the pressure of buying the water filter. Elias was in no way pushy or made me feel like I needed to buy this. He explained the benefits of this “investment” into my home and wanted me to be comfortable with the decision. I went with WC100 water filter. Although the prices are more expensive than some others around here, they offer lifetime service checkups and we’re very easy to get in touch with and work with. They offered me a great payment option that made this possible for me and really try to work with you. They came and installed the filter about 2 weeks ago now and I haven’t noticed any yellow/orange staining in the showers and toilets since. The only thing was a little lack of communication between Elias and the plumber and what exactly he was going to do, but in the end it worked out great and everyone was more than accommodating. And Tom even reached out right away to make sure everything went well with the installation. I appreciate the great customer service and thorough work and couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Midcoast Aerus. They work quickly and efficiently and make themselves easily available to get intouch with. I highly recommend going through this company, no matter who you get, they are great people to work with!!

  Alan came out to our home this morning, and did a wonderful job testing our water and explaining how the quality of our water would be vastly improved by the installation of a water system. We are excited to have the product installed and believe that cleaner, more drinkable water will contribute to the overall health of our family.
