  Service was good in the beginning over the last six months it has declined rapidly. The dumpster that is rented is constantly overflowing. Multiple calls are made throughout the week for dumpster emptying and yet nobody ever seems to show up. There is up to 30 bags outside of the dumpster it is so full at the end of Any Given month. For the price that is paid it is expected that the dumpster be emptied in a timely manner!!

  I would give zero stars if I could. They haven’t been to empty our dumpster in months but keep charging us and it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office. No one returns voicemails.

  If you want a waste management company that communicates, sticks to a schedule, and doesn’t overcharge you when THEY don’t pickup on time then DO NOT do business with ABC. There are far better options in the area.
