  We are always very satisfied with the service. Everyone is helpful and so kind. Today we had Alex to clean our pumps. He is very thoughtful and polite. Thank you Alex for your help.

  The large crew showed up as expected to do a heat pump removal and an installation on a very cold day with snow on the ground. Each worker was friendly and seemed focused on his job. When I asked questions, I was given thoughtful answers. In fact, the only challenge to the day-long operation was that the workers needed access to every part of my home. Removing boots as people went in and out was really not an option, so soon there were small puddles and tracks on the floor and carpet which I'm still cleaning up.

  We had 4 separate units installed in our home. Heat Pumps of Maine came to house, gave us a very prompt quote, followed up to make sure we understood the quote and even came back onsite to confirm install locations. They arrived on time and performed exactly as they said that they would. We are very pleased and would recommend to anyone considering a new system.

  From the first appointment to installation I couldn't be happier with the service received. They helped with the rebate process and took care of everything for us. The crew who installed our units were friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend Heat Pumps of Maine!
