  My brother hired them in May of 2025 to install a steel roof, siding, and replace doors on my mother's house after my father passed away. When they removed the existing shingles from the roof they found weather damaged rotten wood because the roof didn't have ice and water shield when built. They communicated the roof needed to be repaired. Understandably, the roofing project took longer than expected until the end of summer, so about 4 months. They were able to put some siding on but were supposed to finish the whole job in the fall as my mother had to return to her house. When she returned to the house there was a mess and the worker's didn't return for weeks until they were asked to atleast clean up the mess. Since September they have said they are waiting on material and that the siding and doors will be here next week and the job will be completed. Week after week we don't hear or see anything from them. The last message returned was that the doors and siding material will be in next week and the entire project will be completed by the end of October. We haven't heard back from them since and when we reach out to ask it's the same excuses that they are waiting on material. They have already been paid and it doesn't make sense that material would take this long. It's December now. It seems they have moved on to work on other jobs they owe work to and that we are getting the run around at this point. It's very frustrating that my elderly widowed mother has to deal with the stress of her house being left a mess. I hope they will properly finish this job soon and offer us a discount for the inconvenience this has caused. I will update this review hopefully with positive results when the job has been completed. I just wish there would be better communication at least.

  Excellent work on the front gutters! Replaced the originals with new flat-face black gutters—looks amazing. Will be calling them again for the back of the house.

  I’d give LMC Home Remodeling 6 stars if I could! The technician and his crew were quick, professional, and neat. They worked with me on my budget and helped choose the best materials. I was nervous about replacing my 75-year-old roof, but it looks amazing. I recommend them for your roofing needs!
