  We have been using Rob’s Septic Service since we had our septic field replaced in 2013. We were totally impressed with the owner’s response, knowledge and service of our septic system. Since that time we have found this company to be the Best Septic Company in our area. Their prices are always less expensive then others in our area, including general maintenance of our system. Communication with their office has been very easy and their employees are always friendly, professional, prompt and responsive. Recently, we needed our septic tank serviced. Their tech Angela took it to a whole new level. Not only did she arrive early to service our septic tank, she greeted us with a big smile and explained the process she was about to perform. She quickly went to work and completed her task in a timely and efficient manner. She actually MADE MY DAY! In a nutshell, Rob’s Septic Service is great, Angela makes it even better.

  Angela and Tim just left my house. 2 outstanding people. They told me and showed me that I didn't need the 2 clean outs that I was expecting to have to pay for. The filter just needed cleaning. I asked if I needed a new filter and they told me that there was nothing wrong with mine but that the newer ones were a little better. Not a hard sell. As we already had access, I went ahead and got the new one. I'm always afraid to say that a price is reasonable, for fear that they'll raise it, but here goes: The price was very reasonable. I had mentioned that my wife had been smelling the septic from her favorite spot on the porch. When I returned outside with my check book, Angela was treating the area with some type of smell inhibitor. Above and beyond.

  I had the pleasure of meeting Steve today. Steve did an excellent job, and he took the time to answer all of my questions to better understand my system. An overall great guy.
