  I wanted to have my two heat pump systems evaluated. The first company tested both systems twice and reported inconclusive results both times. Their testing took less than a day each time. I contacted Anthony to have his company test. He was very informative and straight forward with me. Josh, the tech that came out, was just as helpful and informative. The primary test method is to pressurize each system and note any pressure drops while taking into account outside temp changes. While the systems are under pressure, a handheld sensor is used to find any leaks coming from the inside and outside systems. Josh pressure tested each system for several days reporting that both systems were in good shape. Neither Josh or Anthony talked down to me and both kept me informed throughout the process. They both said they would do something and then did it. I’ll continue to use DeRice Energy for any HVAC issues I have as I’m very happy with how they dealt with me as a customer.

  DeRice was extremely helpful in designing the best heat pump solution to upgrade our old home HVAC. They were very professional and friendly each time they entered our home. We are very happy with the performance of our new system and would recommend Anthony and team for heat pump solutions.

  We were having an issue with our new DIY mini-split heat pumps we installed and wasn't sure exactly where to turn, so I called DeRice Energy. I spoke with Anthony. He was honest and said he didn't know alot about our particular brand of heat pump, but he would send someone over to take a look. A young man came by, unfortunately I have forgotten his name, but he was very knowledgeable and was able to help and give us some suggestions on how to improve the system. I would recommend DeRice Energy to anyone looking for assistance with the heating system as they were professional, knowledgeable, and had excellent customer service!

  I had been looking to have heat pumps installed in my house for many years. I'm not sure how many quotes I received during that time, but eventually I found DeRice. They spent the time to really go over what I was looking for and worked hard to earn my business. They were competitively priced, communicated extremely well, wanted me to be happy, and took the time to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend getting a quote from them and taking the time to discuss your project with them. I know I'll be doing that on any future projects I have.
