  We researched a variety of awning installers a year ago for the purpose of getting a retractable awning for our Maine lake house. Fred Wallace came out to see us and had a better handle on his product line and fair prices than any of his competitors. He came out on schedule last Spring and installed a 15 x 12 awning on our place. We’ve had it for a full season and it has been more than we expected. It’s an outstanding, great looking shade cover on the house and it retracts fully or partially by remote control….a super device. We could not be happier with it! The Wallaces’ are great, honest Maine people who were super to work with. We could not recommend them more strongly! G and R Walker

  So happy to have found Wallace Awning! The motor on our 15 year old retractable awning was in need of attention. Having gotten an estimate from another company, we decided to get a "second opinion" and contacted Wallace Awning. Fred & Monica were beyond helpful.They were prompt, efficient, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Fred knew exactly what was needed and how to do the job. Rather than feeling like we were at someone's mercy, we felt like we were in good, HONEST hands. Having owned a business ourselves for many years, we value good customer service & understand its importance. The Andersons are the definition of it!

  Having an awning installed early this summer was one of the best decisions ever! Having Wallace Awning do the job was THE best decision. We are loving our awning on our deck which is in direct sun all day. During these very hot days this awning has been a welcome reprieve! We’ve never used our deck as much. Dealing with Fred and Monica was an extremely pleasant experience as well. From choosing the type and color to the installation at our home, Fred and Monica were professional, friendly and obviously concerned with our satisfaction. After installation they checked in with us to be sure we were happy, see if we had questions and if we were enjoying our awning. I am considering installing another on our second deck level. I would highly recommend purchasing your awning from Wallace Awning! Great people and a quality product!
