- SWSquiggles WorthJan 13, 20261.0Wish I had gone somewhere else; poor experience all around, the lead person for the company is very unprofessional. They did a pretty bad job as well on a really simple setup, lied and overcharged.
- DBDanielle BradyJun 15, 20201.0I made an appointment to get an estimate over a week in advance. They did not show up on the day of appointment, so I called 10 minutes past our scheduled time. No answer, left a message. Called again 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment, no answer. My husband called right after and they answered, said they would be right over. Called back 5 minutes later and said they were “real busy”, couldn’t remember the address (even though we had an appointment with them?), and they’d “try to be there within the hour”. No apology, and terrible first impression. I get it — sometimes it gets overwhelming to run a business, but I can’t imagine not apologizing to a potential customer for a missed appointment AND not making them feel like they are a priority once I’ve realized done wrong. They came recommended by family members, but we’ll be looking elsewhere for paving.
