Despite being an authorized service center and the tool I brought in being under warranty, they said they would charge $75 if they took the tool apart and nothing was wrong with it. Also claimed that they cannot repair any tools that were bought online. I called the manufacturer and they said both of these are incorrect, and that this business is not following the guidelines of an authorized service center. I was able to get the tool repaired for free by mailing it in. The manufacturer covered shipping to make up for the poor experience at one of their authorized repair centers. With this level of either dishonesty or incompetence (not sure which) in dealing with repairs, I would highly recommend avoiding any business here at all.
