I had an excellent experience with Fogel Well and Septic. The service technicians arrived right on time and were extremely professional, yet very down-to-earth. They made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to really listen to what was going on. Based on my explanation, they quickly understood what the issue was and walked us through several possible solutions. I really appreciated that they explained the options clearly without any pressure. They’ll be sending me an estimate, which I’m looking forward to reviewing. Several people I trust highly recommended Fogel Well and Septic, and now I completely understand why. The team was knowledgeable, honest, and great to work with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing well or septic service. They are amazing!

Fogle’s Well Pump and Water Treatment was great! They did an outstanding job installing our well pump. They had to get creative and work in a very tight space in order to fit everything. We are so happy with how it turned out. The guys were polite, friendly, and professional. Wonderful service and excellent work. A job well done!

I always have a great experience with Fogles Well and Water Treatment. Sam and Rob were very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my water softener and also identified a problem with my water neutralizer. They explained everything clearly and made the process easy to understand. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is honest, responsive, and truly knows their craft. I highly recommend Fogles to anyone needing well or water treatment services.

They REPEATEDLY indicated that a water filter part needed to be replaced. Once they saw that I am asking a lot of questions, they went and manually backwashed/regenerated the unit, which miraculously fixed the issue. Once you get into the well, it is very likely that the unit will need to be manually backwashed. After this they decided to charge me $250 when their own materials that they emailed to me indicate that the fee should this exact issue occur would be $150. If you want to charge overtime/emergency fees, how about you indicate that in your materials that you email your customers? JUST TO BE CLEAR THIS WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY CALL AND THE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. Offering me a $50 credit is not the way to fix this because I'd never ever want to deal with a company that is trying to cheat their customers. You still owe me $100! UPDATE in response to Co's reply: 1 - the technicians made plans to replace parts on Monday (the service took place on Friday). I asked if they were sure that parts need to be replaced and they confirmed. After seeing that I ask many questions, they reversed course and manually backwashed the unit. For a trainer technician, the solution would've been clear from the very beginning. 2 - when I asked the technicians why the charge is $250, they indicated that it was marked as an emergency. Now, they claim overtime... How about you make it clear on the material you send your clients so that there are no questions about what constitutes an emergency and when overtime rates apply. My guess is that doing so will remove your ability to capriciously and arbitrarily charge as you wish. 3 - Other reviewers complained about arbitrary charges 4 - A reputable company as you claim to be, would have picked up the phone and called to clarify the issue. Instead, I had to send multiple emails before getting a response. 5 - a $50 credit is not a satisfactory solution for me! If you keep on lying I will strongly consider submitting a complaint to the Attorney General of Maryland - Consumer Protection Division. This is not about $50 or $100, it's about what's right and what's wrong!
