- GOGreg OJan 1, 20265.0Our water system started acting up during the Christmas / New Year holiday week. Things like this always seem to happen at the most inconvenient time. As a result, we had to wait several days for service. Since we still had water, it was not a big deal. They showed up on the scheduled day right on time to diagnose the problem. After starting in the basement it was determined the pump needed to be pulled to confirm the problem. Unfortunately for the service techs, the temps were in the mid-20s and the wind was gusting in the 30 mph range. There were no trees to help break the wind. It was brutal out there. A faulty check valve at the pump was the problem. Sam, the lead tech, explained the cost to replace the valve vs. the cost for a new pump and the pros and cons of each option. Since our pump was 23 years old, almost twice the average life of a well pump, we elected to replace the pump. They had a replacement pump on the truck. It was installed with everything put back together and running in less than 2 hours from the time they had arrived. Sam and the other tech (I forget his name [sorry]) were both very friendly and professional. There was no hard sell on the more expensive option, which we chose. The total cost was less than what I was expecting, so happy about that. My wife and I considered it a Christmas gift to each other. :) Having water when you want it is definitely a blessing! I definitely recommend Fogle's for well and water treatment needs. Their field techs as well as the office staff were very easy to work with.

They were able to come on short notice, diagnose the issue, gave placement vs repair options, and had the necessary equipment on the truck to finish the job in one visit. Tyler and Sam were as friendly and courteous as could be.

So gave Fogles a call to make an appointment and was very pleased to be told they had a crew between appointments and in 15 minutes they put in the driveway and inspected the indoor water manifold and pin points the issue right away, quoted the repair and they went and got the new part and in less then a hour and a half it’s fixed. Out service technician couldn’t not have been any more professional polite.very happy
