  I found water in the basement. Phil at RT answered his phone immediately. Technicians Zack and Gunner were promptly dispatched and determined where the leak was right away. They replaced the pipes and spigot, checked other equipment and did brilliant work. Great, fast work much appreciated. Will certainly call again.

  We had a leak in our basement and a defective outside faucet. RT promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They also installed a new water heater. Price was reasonable. They kept us informed along the way

  Provider was great, friendly and competent; quickly solved the problem. The expense, however, way more than a limited income can handle. In all honesty, I did not shop around because I trust their integrity to do good work! I value a job well done.

  Very satisfied with their service, very fast dispatch when all the other places are closed and very friendly technicians. My HVAC was very quickly fixed and I was charged a very competitive price.
