Water was coming from the ceiling directly beneath my upstairs bathroom. Zach and his assistant came in, took a look under the sink and immediately called my attention to some incredibly shocking and shoddy "work" by a ServPro hired contractor done just a year prior on a complete replacement job. They strategically opened a modest area of the ceiling so as to ascertain the full scope of the problem. They found that the problem had persisted for months. There was mold on the sheet rock where water had been pooling in the ceiling. The technician were able to make immediate repairs and give a plan for more of a permanent long term remedy. Zach was upfront about the limitations the previous installation had left him with but was still able address the issue in the moment to stop the leaking. We were very appreciative of his work and candor. I recommend RT Services for your plumbing needs.

We received a text on the day before and then Phil, Zach, Landon, and Cam arrived per our scheduled time. They were all very professional, and gave a very accurate explanation of the process and how long it would take. The work is very well done including cleanup after. They took time to explain the heaters and using or adjusting them. We would highly recommend RT Services.

They were very professional, very respectful and amazingly knowledgeable and efficient. They came in totally ready to swap broken water heater with a new one. Zac took the time to diligently explain the process. They went right to work and the new unit was installed, up and running in less than 90 minutes. Very fortunate to have contacted Mike at RT at 11am, our new water heater was installed and in working condition at 2pm. Will definitely call on RT again for any needed services and will never hesitate to highly recommend them. Thank you so very much.
