The gentleman was polite and seemed knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what needed to be done before giving an accurate estimate, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, no one showed up on the scheduled day, and I haven’t received any follow-up calls or responses despite leaving messages and texts. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through.
