  If you require waterproofing done on your home or another building contact AA Basement Waterproofing for an estimate. The team was great to work with from start to finish. Our project was a mess from a previous contractor who installed the waterproof membrane on an ICF foundation block wall incorrectly. AA Basement Waterproofing came out, assessing the job, found the correct products needed, dug out all bad drainage pipes and cleaned the work area with the right product. The cold weather moved in on us and instead of rushing the job they asked to hold off since the application of materials required a higher temp for proper adhesion. Once the weather got better the crew came back and did a professional job. Re-cleaning the trench from a long winter, cleaning the ICF and applying the correct primer. Once that was done the Waterproofing membrane was installed, neatly and professionally. Drain pipes wer layed and sloped correctly and covered with membrane and stone. We now have a dry foundation in and out. See the video for a good reference. After the job was done, the crew cleaned up the site, took pictures and provided a good walk through to answer any questions we had.   I contracted AA Water proofing to install a vapor barrier, two dehumidifiers, and pour concrete in a newly purchased building that previously had a dirt basement. I found Steven Younker, the owner, to be very articulate & knowledgeable about the basement waterproofing business. Steven was responsive, easy to communicate and toss ideas around with, and had been a life saver and sounding board when I ran into an unrelated issue with an oil tank in the basement which was being worked on by a separate company. Steven's team completed the job within scope and completed it quickly. It has been about 6 months since project completion, and so far, so good - two thumbs up.
