  Recently got an old R-22 single stage system replaced with a Bryant Evo variable speed 290VAN heatpump and Air handler. Nothing but great things to say about the team that worked on this. Jacob did the initial assessment. Nick and Stacy took care of the install. Owner (Nick) stopped to preview the job. Overall very professional comp to work with and very easy to communicate with and they do offer a financing option for the purchase. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to work with a local business.

  Just started our contract with Wright. For years we had a contract with a competitor to address our HVAC needs with less than stellar results and mounting bills to prove it. In the end, the competitor's contract wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. So, it was refreshing to deal with Wright today (Alex was our technician). Alex performed his inspection and analysis then took the time to call Daikin, the manufacturer, to get some final guidance. The competitor, despite having come out on numerous occasions, never thought or cared to call the manufacturer. Thanks Alex, we very much appreciated your visit today. Margaret and Bob N.

  Nick Kavaky and Tommy Raines worked to diagnose and then replace the gas valve on my water heater. They were both absolutely excellent. Really know what they were doing, super professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the repair was complete. Two really excellent professionals! The staff i worked with to schedule the repair also were fantastic. The scheduler did switch repair men on me after confirming twice, with no notice to me. And the service was overpriced by about 50 percent. Neither negative, however, takes away from the excellent staff with which i worked.

  Alex W. did an excellent job repairing our thermostat thing (I really don’t know HVAC terms, sorry!). He kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explaining what he was doing and what to expect next. Even though HVAC repairs is never cheap, his professionalism, patience, and willingness to answer all our questions made it a white glove experience. What really stood out was how personable and genuine Alex was—you can tell he takes pride in both his work and how he treats people. We’re thrilled to have central air again. Also a shout out to Brooke, who took my call, for being super personable as well.

  Jacob came out to give us an estimate and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful and appreciative to my father.......a retired long time HVAC mechanic/service manager, and U.S. Navy veteran. The entire process went extremely smooth, no salesman type pressure, and our options, prices, and labor time frames were laid out very clear for us to choose from. We haven't 100% made up our mind, but of the estimates we've received so far, Wright was more than competitive and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
