  I have AHS and Wright refrigeration was dispatched to the call to fix my washer. I was told by Henri, it was the transmission and it was a very expensive part, he would be in touch. After 5 weeks of waiting for a “transmission” for my washer, I was told by Ahs that he said it was the outer bucket and could not be repaired. I would need a replacement washer. I live in an old house with narrow doors and now it cannot be disassembled and reassembled in the basement by them. It’s been over 2 months and nothing. This is a combination of Wright refrigeration and ahs, I know that. But the lie from the technician is my problem. It cut me off from another repairman who could fix the original problem. Just disappointed and have to go to the freakin laundromat. Shameful.

  There is nothing more distressing to a homeowner then to find that their furnace has stopped working in the dead of winter. I contacted Wright Mechanical Services, and their dispatcher was able to schedule a same-day service appointment. Jacob Garrison, HVAC Services Technician, was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took as much time as needed, an admirable work ethic in short supply nowadays. He visually inspected and then ran system diagnostics. He explained the inspection process, diagnostic test, and how it was able to isolate the problem to a specific component. The failed part was only available from the manufacturer. They made arrangements for next-day delivery, installed the new part, and my furnace was up and running. This is how building relationships with local businesses can pay off. I thank Wright Mechanical Services, and Jacob Garrison, HVAC Technician, for a job well done.

  I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the amazing customer service that we received from Wright Mechanical and their team. One of our residential buildings was without heat in these extreme temperatures, and Alex came to the rescue and saved the day. The problem was complex, but he took the time and put in the necessary measures to ensure that he had us up and running while providing constant communication throughout the process.   Wright Mechanical Services is a spectacular company to work with. I spent time with Nick Wright recently who is the General Manager and learned a lot about their business and his personal dedication to integrity and upholding the principles the company has embodied since it's inception. In today's business environment it is a rarity to get to hire a company that is not only family owned but values it's customers and team members equally. Most of the competition has sold out to private equity investors who are simply out to increase shareholder value at the customer's and the employee's expense. Not with Wright Mechanical. These guys are the real deal. You are in great hands with these guys. Look no further. I highly recommend them and 100% trust them to be the "Wright" company for your mechanical needs.
