We had a contractor who our insurance company sent out, look at it, and left us in a worse position (we had some sort of heat but they broke two components on the furnace leaving us with none). We ended up going around our insurance company and we came across Wright Mechanical (WM), where I met Jacob G, a residential technician for WM, who not only looked at the furnace but educated me on what went wrong and walked me through the components. After the consultation we did a bit more research with other contractors and decided to go with WM because of the customer service that Jacob provided and the reviews. They did not disappoint! Your home is your investment and it’s important to get the right people on the job who can do it right the first time. They got the job done in 8 hours, big shout out to Jacob G, Nick, and Nick (that’s not a typo) for the new furnace and AC unit. I highly recommend them.
