- KAKori Ayers3 days ago1.0Spoke with a Pamela at the Upper Marlboro location, and she stated I would need to show car registration to rent an item which sounded discriminatory as there is nowhere on the online website that states that this is necessary for rentals. Online it states one needs to show an ID and card used to pay for items online. She stated I also needed to show a car registration which when asked why, she had no real explanation as to why this was necessary and could not show me anywhere in the policy where this is necessary.
