- TCTamekia CollinsSep 27, 20241.0Why is the county allowing Stanley Martin to build more homes on Ritchie Marlboro Road?? We have enough traffic coming through as is. When we moved into our community in 2020 it was a nice quiet retreat from the city and overcrowded areas. Now it's becoming like everywhere else. What user to be a 4min drive from our home to White House Rd is now 10 mins and at least 15 minutes during rush hour, which I imagine will only get worse as people move in. Not to mention the homes being built AT the bottom on White House Rd. Structurally, homes built by this builder is decent although you will get a lot of settlement cracks. Like everyone else it's about the money. Please be aware that the money the builder spent to make water accessible in your home will be passed back to the homebuyer by the country. PG Co allows the builder to bill YOU for the cost. So, be prepared for an additional water bill of about 10-15k billed annually for about $600. Be blessed.
