We finally got our first meeting with Loven in the beginning of May and just broke ground the third week of July. The whole process with Loven, right from beginning, has been a smooth process and extremely helpful with his knowledge of the homes. Working with Mary at the design center made it so easy with her product knowledge and great sense of design. Nick, the Project Manager meet with us prior to starting the build and let us know the timeline and stages of the building. We even got a video with Loven and Nick narrating as the first stage of putting in the footing was happening in the background, what a great touch. Now comes the fun of watching the changes that happen each day and looking forward to moving into our new DRB Elevate Home.
