While there are two other electrical supply houses nearby that I shop at occasionally, I have continued to use Timonium Rexel for 99% of my purchases. The service and communication that Charles and Ed deliver are excellent! Whether my orders were large or small, with an urgent deadline or a “whenever” schedule, if an ordered item was delayed, I always received a phone call to keep me informed of the expected delivery date. The manager, Charles, has thorough knowledge not just of items in his store, but also an in-depth understanding of the electrical contracting, service and construction business. Ed works hard to make sure that orders are properly and promptly filled and has a solid knowledge of products in stock. Ed has also always been willing to track down unusual items that Rexel doesn’t stock. Charles and Ed have found solutions to some unusual problems that I’ve had while working in 125-year-old houses. Whenever I had a problem with a purchased item, they have always been very responsive and willing to help resolve issues with manufacturer’s defects. 10/10 – I’d recommend this store to any contractor!
