  I bought a house from Innovative Building Services and then did two major projects with them including a Home theater in basement. I am happy with the work they do and will definitely go back to them for all my construction needs. They assign dedicated project managers for the project and the two individuals that I worked with were awesome. They ensure that the work meet their high quality standard and even when I missed observing few things, they took care of it. They would provide good suggestions and will be at the property to monitor progress, provide daily updates through their tool including pictures, and keep you informed of the progress as well as what work will happen in the next several days. Price is on the premium side but I think it reflects the quality of the work and the materials they use. I will say that the projects took a bit longer than originally discussed but that is also because of the labor challenges generally in the market at the time. If you have extensive wood or cabinet work, check them out. I think their work is exceptional in that area. They use premium material and bring exceptional look at the end. Attention to detail is commendable. Most importantly I have gotten to know all of their staff that worked on my projects on a personal level. They are good people, comes with good work ethics, very friendly and talented. We lived in the house when the projects are happening. They have done a good job of containing dust and covering everything to avoid dust. They had their own porta-potty and never used any of the stuff in our property. All in all a delight to work with. If you need a premium finish and open to paying for it, you should consider Innovative Building Services.

  Rich and his team (Jason, Jesse, Edwin, Miguel and the others) just finished remodeling our kitchen and a custom built-in in our living room. They did an amazing job and we are more than happy with the result. We were impressed by their attention to detail and it is clear that everyone truly cared about the quality of the work and with what we wanted. We can only recommend them!

  Rich and the team at Innovative Building Services made us the basement of our dreams. I was able to meet with Rich and give him a pretty general idea of what our family was looking for. He helped us make great design and hardware choices and the team did an impeccable, beautiful build-out and install. The work is flawless and they paid attention to every detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with this team again. We’re thrilled with the results.

  Rick & team did an amazing job building my screen room addition. Their work was meticulous and they kept a tidy job site. I love my new space and continue to get compliments from everyone who sees it. Highly recommended.
