  You don't know your current company has been treating you poorly until you're treated right. I contacted Shoreline for a second opinion when I was given a quote on a repair for my unit compressor fan in the multi-thousand amount. After explaining the problem over text, they quoted me around 55% of the cost of the other company, so I said, sure. We'll give it a go. Now, this is where the difference comes in. They ordered my part, and scheduled me, no additional cost or inspection or hoops to jump through. They gave me a time frame of 10-2pm on the appointment date. Which for everyone else thus far, meant around 3pm-5pm-cancel. Imagine my surprise when they called me 10min to 10, and accommodated my request to give me a 30min warning. No threats to be there or lose the appointment, no rudeness. Completely pleasant responses. Then of course, I get there and assume they wouldn't be there, but Cameron was there. No angry call asking where I was, no cancelled appointment. He got straight to work after I showed him the unit. Tested it, checked it thoroughly, found another small issue and didn't pressure me to fix it or else, just that he would send me a quote. Gave me some tips on my filters. Then he thanked me and left. No demanding payment as if I was gonna run out on the bill. I'm still confused by how nice they were, but needless to say, I highly recommend them and I'm still shocked that there is good customer service around. 100% using them again.

  Estimate was delivered quickly. Installation was done within a couple weeks. Everyone that I had contact with was very polite and answered all my questions. Thanks for being patient with me when I had to search for my password.

  Anthony was wonderful getting everything scheduled. Alias was fantastic in giving us a quote for new duct work in the crawl space. Finally, Cameron went the extra mile and ensure that I understood everything and was extremely detail oriented. I will for SURE use them again!! I’m just in the quote stage but we will be moving forward with them! Thanks Shoreline!!

  Very nice guys, communicate well and were very respectful. They even stayed and worked in the snow until things were complete..They did a great job and we highly recommend them!
