I thought Id need a whole new unit that would cost me 12k. Alias was extremely honest and told me there was a broken compressor and one other minor fix that would be fairly minor. He saved me thousands and had my AC back on in under 5 hours. I can't recommend them enough!!!!

Communication is excellent. They worked with me to move the installation date several times so I could be home. The made sure the floors and furnitures were covered with drop cloths. They cleaned up the attic and living room and there was very little left for me to clean. Kevin, Clayton and Christopher “Cookie” were a fantastic crew!!

Those are the first words that comes to mind, when it comes to Randy Bayliss, my technician from Shoreline Comfort. That guy was a like a surgeon, country doctor, and HVAC specialist all rolled into one. He had analyzed our HVAC, and backup heat (Boiler) within minutes of arriving, and found the issue with both. He had both working, and replacement parts ordered within 45 minutes of arriving. Watch out HVAC competition! RANDY and Shoreline Comfort are going to win over your customers!!! PS: This was a weekend call, too!
