  I was shopping around for someone to replace the mansard shingles on my row home and all the companies I was dealing with wanted upwards of $5k to do the job because it was a "small job and we have to make it worth it". I reached out to Roofing Unlimited after we saw their building on the way to North Point State Park. I reached out via their website and within a few hours I was emailed a quote for everything I was looking for (well under 5k and more towards what we were thinking the cost was going to be) and was on their schedule the next week. Their guys were here from start to finish including all debris clean-up for a total of 2 hours. They were respectful, courteous and answered all our questions. There was not back and forth the communication was direct and professional. Could not be more satisfied!

  Roofing Unlimited is great! They are professional, quick, and good at what they do. They guarantee their work. When my neighbors row home caused my roof to leak, Roofing Unlimited came out the next day and fixed my issue.

  Shoddy job and don't stand behind their terrible work. Had tiles blown off in the winter storm. Denied repair stating mother nature. When I went to patch it, I realized they did a terrible job!
